petit rappel: au depart deux eclopés, lolo avec son mal de dos persistant et moi meme sur le retour suite à 2 mois d'arret ;o((

dist: 39.66 km

moy( compteur lolo): 21.7 km/h je crois ( pendant un moment c'etait meme au dessus de 22)

denivele 398 m ( pour une sortie de plat !! )

pour finir le genoux a tenu, par contre le gas il etais HS

Rendez-vous dimanche La Neuville

Pour dimanche le rendez-vous est donné à La Neuville. Pour les vététeux présents, c'est le moment de se motiver ou de retrouver des sensations;

Le programme devrait être light càd sans trop de côtes mais avec de la bornes au compteur, minimum 40 je pense.

Je serai donc présent avec Vivien. Chris si tu veux tester ton genou et tes côtes, cela peut être une bonne occaz.

Le départ peut être donné à 9 h 00. On va faire une petite exception cette fois-ci pour parceque c'est les vacances (((:. Et puis à plus de 20 de moyenne, l'objectif devrait être vite atteind !

Vite voyons si les cuissots peuvent encore s'exprimer sur un terrain sec.
